Tell is co-owned with his breeder, Rebecca Elder of Wayout ACDs.
His mother, Blink, is one of my favorite dogs of all time sired by my all time favorite boy. A natural obedience dog, she is extremely devoted to her people and her business-like approach to what she sees as her job makes her a perennial favorite.
His sire, Rye is a serious working dog living his best life as a working dog on a cattle ranch in Wyoming. Rye is a deeply stable dog able to go anywhere and do anything without a fuss. Rye's pedigree is a rarity in ACDs and itself a history lesson. His sire, Lassic Steely Dan was bred by Amy Berry- one of the founders of the national breed club and is one of the last direct descendants from Betty Southall's Geraldmine lines. These are among the last working ACDs on cattle stations who maintained registration in Australia.
Tell is a fun-loving, goofy boy who isn't bothered by very much. He was born an old soul and has a very responsible air about himself. When he's not trying to convince someone to play with him he enjoys just being adjacent to his people and is generally just a good, sweet boy.

Ghost is co-owned with his owner, Holly in Indiana and was co-bred with Rebecca Elder of Wayout ACDs.
Ghost was a singleton puppy born in the back of my car in August of 2023. Dubbed with the litter name of Matrix for the car in which he was born, Ghost was an enthusiastic and involved puppy who has grown into a very handsome young adult.
His sire Trace is a very successful competitive herding dog finishing his herding championship easily with his owner. He is extremely biddable and very from a long line of talented performance dogs including numerous herding and obedience champions.
His mother Fawkes is an irrepressible personality. Friendly, silly and a big fan of kids, Fawkes is happy to participate in any and all activities. A natural fetch dog, Fawkes' has been a wonderful herding dog for myself as a beginner. While pushy she is very biddable and wants to be correct.
Friendly, though more reserved and serious than his mother, Ghost has been slowly introduced to a number of performance events. While he will hopefully be Holly's first serious herding partner, he has been happy to participate in various classes and activities while being a very loved family companion.
